Dear and respected sisters,

We sincerely congratulate you — our dear women miners, on the beautiful spring holiday that brings elegance, kindness and warmth to our country ‒ March 8, International Women’s Day.

Today, more than a thousand women miners are actively working in our organization in various professions and positions. Their active participation in the processes of coal mining and delivering it to consumers serves as an example for our entire team.

In our organization, special attention is given to ensuring women’s labor rights and social protection. At the same time, consistent measures are being implemented to improve working conditions, create opportunities for professional development, introduce lighter working conditions for pregnant women and mothers with young children, as well as organize health improvement and recreation opportunities.

Taking this opportunity, we once again congratulate our respected mothers and dear sisters on this spring holiday and express our best wishes to them.
