Practical emergency response training held at Uzbekcoal JSC
Publication date: 16.09.2026 14:26:54A practical training exercise was held at Uzbekcoal JSC to strengthen preparedness for emergencies, ensure prompt and effective response, and enhance the safety of employees, including miners.
The exercise was organized jointly with the Angren City Emergency Situations Department, the Emergency Situations Department of Uzbekcoal JSC, and relevant organizations as part of the implementation of the instruction of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated June 22, 2026, No. 26/26-112.
During the exercise, practical response measures were carried out for emergencies related to disruptions in electricity, natural gas, water and heat supplies, as well as earthquake-related emergencies. Particular attention was paid to safety measures and the prompt elimination of the consequences of emergencies.
The main objectives of the exercise were to prevent emergencies, ensure the safety of employees, particularly miners directly involved in production processes, improve the practical skills of responsible personnel in emergency situations, and further strengthen cooperation among the relevant services.
Such practical training exercises are important for improving emergency preparedness, strengthening rapid response skills, and ensuring safe working conditions at the enterprise.
A total of 62 employees took part in the exercise, with 11 units of special equipment deployed.
