I sincerely congratulate you all on the glorious occasion of the 35th anniversary of the state independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Today, our country is widely celebrating the most important and cherished national holiday ‒ Independence Day. This significant occasion embodies the honorable path our country has traveled, the great achievements attained over the years of independence, and the bright future of our Motherland.
Over the years of independence, our country has made remarkable progress in all areas. Today, the coal industry also plays an important role in ensuring the sustainable development of our national economy and strengthening its energy potential.
Working in the coal industry is both an honor and a great responsibility. Our miners, working selflessly under challenging conditions, make a worthy contribution to the development of our country through their honest and dedicated labor.
It is a great source of pride and joy for all of us that representatives of the JSC “Uzbekcoal” team have been awarded high state honors on this special occasion.
In accordance with the relevant Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Azamat Namazov, crane operator at the “Transport” branch of JSC “O‘zbekko‘mir”, was awarded the “Mehnat Shuhrati” (Labor Glory) Order, while Baxodir Imanov, bulldozer operator at the same branch, was awarded the “Shuhrat” (Glory) Medal.
In addition, a number of employees of Uzbekcoal have been honored with the commemorative badge “35 Years of Independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan.”
These high honors represent a well-deserved recognition of the hard and dedicated work of coal industry employees and their significant contribution to the national economy, energy security, and the development of the industry.
At the same time, the steadily growing demand for energy resources is placing new and important responsibilities on the coal industry.
The increasing demand for coal requires us to further expand the production capacity of the sector, use resources efficiently, and ensure a stable supply of high-quality products to consumers.
The gradual introduction of market mechanisms in the coal industry, alongside strengthening competition, transparency, and efficiency, also requires the team of JSC “Uzbekcoal” to pay even greater attention to product quality, production efficiency, labor productivity, and the interests of consumers.
We view this process as a period of new opportunities. Our key objectives are to widely introduce modern equipment and technologies, use production capacities efficiently, increase coal production volumes, and, most importantly, earn and maintain the trust of consumers through high-quality products and reliable supplies.
I am confident that the united, experienced, and dedicated team of JSC “Uzbekcoal” will successfully fulfill all the tasks set before us and further strengthen the role of the coal industry in the economic development of our country.
Taking this opportunity, I wish all miners, workers and employees, labor veterans, and our respected elders good health, family peace and happiness, prosperity, and well-being.
May the Independence Day celebrations bring joy, peace, and prosperity to every home!

Деятельность АО «Узбекуголь» регулярно освещается в международных и отраслевых средствах массовой информации, что свидетельствует о растущем международном интересе к развитию геологической, горнодобывающей и угольной отраслей Узбекистана. Очередной материал опубликован в одном из профильных российских изданий ‒ журнале «Глобус: геология и бизнес». Статья вошла в октябрьский выпуск журнала за 2026 год, а также размещена в электронной версии издания на его сайте. В статье журналиста Дианы Андреевой «Назвался горняком ‒ люби землю!» подробно рассказывается о минерально-сырьевом потенциале Узбекистана, истории становления угольной промышленности страны, значении Ангренского угольного бассейна и проводимой сегодня работе по дальнейшему развитию отрасли. Особое внимание в материале уделено деятельности «Ангренского угольного разреза» АО «Узбекуголь». Ангренский угольный бассейн представлен как одна из ключевых баз угольной промышленности Узбекистана. В статье приводится информация о производственных процессах предприятия, геологических и маркшейдерских работах, контроле гидротехнических рисков, добыче угля и его поставках потребителям. Отдельный раздел посвящён важным проектам, реализуемым сегодня на предприятии. В частности, речь идёт о строительстве нового угольного склада, совершенствовании инженерных коммуникаций, модернизации транспортной и производственной инфраструктуры, а также внедрении современных цифровых технологий в производственные процессы. Значительное место в публикации занимает проект освоения месторождения «Нишбаш» в Ангренском угольном бассейне. Автор рассказывает о перспективах данного проекта, возможностях дальнейшего увеличения объёмов добычи угля и обеспечения потребителей качественной продукцией. В публикации также отмечен повседневный труд специалистов, занятых в отрасли: геологов, гидрогеологов, маркшейдеров, горных мастеров, машинистов экскаваторов, водителей и представителей других профессий. Особое внимание уделено работе ангренских горняков, их опыту, ответственности и эффективному использованию современной техники в производственном процессе. Отмечается и обновление технического парка предприятия. В последние годы на предприятие поступила современная импортная техника, в том числе карьерные самосвалы, бульдозеры, автогрейдеры, гидравлические экскаваторы и другие специализированные машины. Их использование способствует повышению эффективности производства и организации горных работ в соответствии с современными требованиями. Публикация в журнале «Глобус: геология и бизнес» имеет важное значение для информирования международной отраслевой аудитории о развитии угольной промышленности Узбекистана, деятельности Ангренского горнодобывающего региона и работе АО «Узбекуголь». Следует отметить, что сотрудничество с журналом «Глобус: геология и бизнес» продолжается на системной основе. На страницах издания регулярно публикуются материалы о геологической и горнодобывающей отрасли Узбекистана, деятельности крупных предприятий, труде специалистов и перспективных проектах. Выход очередного матер English versiиала как в печатном выпуске журнала, так и в его электронной версии свидетельствует о последовательном и плодотворном характере данного сотрудничества.
