Dear colleagues and active members of the trade union,

We sincerely congratulate you on the 120th anniversary of the Trade Union Movement and on November 11 – the Trade Unions Day of Uzbekistan!

This day symbolizes not only the rich history and continuous activity of trade unions, but also their crucial role in protecting the rights and interests of workers, strengthening social justice, and honoring the dignity of labor.

Today, “Uzbekcoal” JSC is steadily increasing coal extraction and supply volumes to meet the needs of the republic. The work of miners is demanding yet honorable. Therefore, recognizing their dedication, ensuring decent working and living conditions, and providing comprehensive support are of great importance to our society.

The company consistently creates conditions for the professional and skill development of employees, provides material and moral support, and promotes health and training initiatives. The trade unions in our branches actively protect employees’ interests, implement the provisions of collective agreements, and help maintain a healthy working environment.

Mentorship traditions are being preserved, and a new generation of specialists is being trained — contributing not only to higher productivity but also to a more meaningful and fulfilling life for employees.

The policy and attention of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, focused on protecting human interests, serve as strong support for the development of trade unions and the protection of workers’ rights. As emphasized by the Head of State, all necessary conditions have been created for the free and independent operation of trade unions, and the policy of ensuring the right to association and non-interference in their activities continues.

In short, the ongoing state programs and collective agreements, implemented jointly with employers, aim to protect the interests of every worker and their family. These efforts reflect the noble idea of “For the Dignity of Man” and embody the key priorities of the New Uzbekistan’s reforms.
