A "Leader and Youth" meeting was held at Uzbekcoal Joint-Stock Company

During the meeting, special emphasis was placed on the significant attention being given to young people in our country, as well as on the ongoing reforms aimed at unlocking their knowledge and potential and providing comprehensive support for their development.

It was also noted that systematic efforts are being made to increase youth engagement in various sectors of society and to create достойные conditions for employment, professional growth, and personal development.

During the open dialogue, the Company's General Director, Nodirbek Uktamjanovich Dusmatov, met with young employees, listened to their proposals, initiatives, and concerns.

As a result of the meeting, several proposals and initiatives put forward by the participants were approved, and comprehensive answers were provided to all questions raised by the youth.
