A new round of planned tactical exercises was held at the “Transport” branch of JSC “Uzbekcoal” with the participation of the 2nd separate militarized mine rescue platoon. The exercises were led by Assistant Commander of the platoon Abror Ismailov.

Fire and rescue unit personnel, workers of the branch site, and emergency medical staff also took part in the exercise.

The training process was observed by Utkir Inoyatov, Head of the Civil Protection and Emergency Situations Department of JSC “Uzbekcoal”, Ulugbek Ergashev, Emergency Situations officer of the “Transport” branch, Abror Ismailov, Assistant Commander of the militarized mine rescue platoon, Kayrat Kusainov, Chief Engineer of the “Transport” branch, and others.

According to the scenario, the participants practiced rescuing two injured persons following an accident, providing first aid, and eliminating a fire source.

The rescue operations were carried out in a coordinated manner: the victims were evacuated on stretchers, given first aid, and handed over to emergency medical personnel. Firefighters successfully extinguished the fire.

As noted by Abror Ismailov, medical and physical preparedness of rescue personnel is of key importance. Such exercises and preventive training sessions are regularly conducted throughout the year in industrial areas to ensure safety compliance.
