The Fourth Meeting of the Women Leaders Community Was Held

The Ministry of Mining Industry and Geology of the Republic of Uzbekistan hosted the fourth meeting of the international women leaders’ community “OKMK Partners”.
Qualified and professional female employees of “Uzbekkumir” JSC took part in the event.
The meeting was organized in an open and constructive dialogue format. It was moderated by First Deputy Minister of Mining Industry and Geology F. Khamidova and Ms. Yekaterina Galitsina, Director of Business Development at KfW IPEX-Bank (Germany) and Head for Eastern Europe, Central Asia, and the South Caucasus.
The event gathered female leaders and active employees of enterprises and organizations within the ministry’s system, as well as representatives of the ministry’s foreign partner companies, including staff from the Embassy of Germany in Uzbekistan. More than one hundred participants from various sectors such as banking, finance, healthcare, public administration, and entrepreneurship attended the meeting.
The main goal of the dialogue was to strengthen professional networking, exchange experience, and further enhance the role of women leaders in the mining industry and the economy.
