“O‘zbekko‘mir” aksiyadorlik jamiyati aksiyadorlari-ning navbatdan tashqari umumiy yig‘ilishi o‘tkazilishi to‘g‘risida XABARNOMA

“O‘zbekko‘mir” AJ Kuzatuv kengashining 2024-yil 27- noyabrdagi qaroriga asosan Jamiyat aksiyadorlarining navbatdan tashqari umumiy yig‘ilishi 2024-yil 25-dekabr kuni, Toshkent viloyati, Angren shahar, Istiqlol ko‘chasi, 1-uyda joylashgan Jamiyatning bosh ofisi binosining majlislar zalida o‘tkaziladi.

Yig‘ilish soat: 15:00 da boshlanadi.

Aksiyadorlarni ruyxatga olish soat 14:00 dan boshlanadi.

Umumiy yig‘ilish o‘tkazish to‘g‘risida aksiyadorlarni xabardor qilish uchun Jamiyat aksiyadorlari reyestri 2024-yil 4-dekabr holatiga tuziladi.

Umumiy yig‘ilish o‘tkazish uchun Jamiyat aksiyadorlari reyestri 2024-yil 19-dekabr holatiga tuziladi.

Kun tartibi:

1. Aksiyadorlarning navbatdan tashqari umumiy yig‘ilishi reglamentini tasdiqlash.

2. Sanoq komissiyasi a’zolari soni va shaxsiy tarkibini tasdiqlash.

3. “O‘zbekko‘mir” AJ Kuzatuv kengashi mustaqil a’zosi bilan tuzilgan shartnomani tasdiqlash.

Aksiyadorlarning umumiy yig‘ilishida qatnashish va ovoz berish uchun, aksiyadorlarda shahsni tasdiqlovchi xujjat, aksiyadorlar vakillarida esa qonunchilikda belgilangan tartibda rasmiylashtirilgan ishonchnoma bo‘lishi lozim.

Aksiyadorlar umumiy yig‘ilishda ko‘rib chiqiladigan masalalar bo‘yicha ma’lumot va materiallar bilan Angren shahar, Istiqlol ko‘chasi, 1- uyda joylashgan Jamiyatning bosh ofisi binosida ushbu e’lon berilgan kundan boshlab tanishishlari mumkin.
