Paperless system – efficiency in rapid management
Publication date: 03.03.2026 12:51:33The document management system at the executive office and branches of O‘zbekcoal JSC has been updated according to modern requirements. The implementation of the Electronic Document Management (EDO) system has significantly reduced paper consumption, accelerated the movement of documents, and strengthened executive discipline.
Previously, internal correspondence and administrative documents, after being registered in the office, were delivered to management and responsible staff in paper form. This process consumed extra time and resources, and in some cases, delays occurred due to paper shortages.
Now, the processes of receiving documents, routing them for execution, monitoring deadlines, and archiving have been fully transitioned to electronic format. Today, internal documents are processed without paper circulation. As a result, paper consumption has decreased almost tenfold, and work processes have become significantly faster and easier.
A major contribution to the effective implementation of the EDO system in the company’s operations was made by the specialists of the Tashkent Region, Angren City branch of Unicon-Soft LLC. Under the leadership of the head of the department, Nodirbek Kuchkanov, seminars and training sessions were organized for the company and branch staff. Employees received practical skills for proper and efficient use of the system.
Electronic document circulation simplifies the company’s operations and ensures transparency. The automated control system reduces errors related to the human factor, strengthens executive discipline, and saves employees’ time.
At the same time, it cannot be said that the innovation has achieved full coverage. Not all organizations in the republic have fully switched to electronic document management. Therefore, some letters and commercial proposals are still accepted in paper form, and part of the external correspondence received by email is printed. However, considering the gradual implementation of modern technologies, this is a natural process.
EDO is not just a program; it is a new stage in the culture of document management. It ensures speed, responsibility, and efficiency. Most importantly, it improves work quality through time and resource savings.
Today, the office has taken on a completely new appearance: the place where papers used to pile up is now occupied by an electronic system; delays are replaced by rapid decisions, and excessive costs by rational savings.
